Hermès watch guarantee

This Hermès timepiece is warranted by La Montre Hermès to the owner for two years from the date of purchase against defect in material or from workmanship. During the two year warranty period, La Montre Hermès will repair the timepiece if it is defective.

To obtain service under this limited warranty, the timepiece must be sent or delivered to one of the La Montre Hermès authorized service locations. The timepiece should be accompanied by the original receipt or other proof of purchase. To prevent damage, La Montre Hermès recommends shipping your timepiece by insured mail in a carefully wrapped package.

This limited warranty does not cover the batteries, the crystals or the leather straps. Also, it does not cover damage to the case or movement caused by humidity or moisture entering the watch due to mishandling. In addition, this limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or damage caused as result of servicing by an agency not authorized by La Montre Hermès.
